Elite Pacific Properties opens office in red-hot Kauai North Shore market

Honolulu-based Elite Pacific Properties recently opened an office on Kauai with Garden Isle real estate veteran Sean Ahearn, formerly of Coldwell Banker Bali Hai Realty, as the head of the office.

The 800-square-foot office, which is located at the Fooland-anchored Princeville Center near First Hawaiian Bank, houses five people.

It’s no surprise why Elite Pacific decided to open an office on the red-hot North Shore of Kauai real estate market.
