Exclusive: Dayton-area university to sell West Coast campus

Antioch University is nearing a deal to sell one of its largest campuses.

The Yellow Springs-based school is in talks with several interested buyers for its Seattle campus, a single 65,000-square-foot building in the Denney Triangle neighborhood near downtown Seattle. The university intends to sell the building and then move to another location in the downtown Seattle area, said Felice Nudelman, the school’s chancellor.
