FedBid suspension lifted after founder and chairman Ali Saadat resigns

Vienna-based FedBid Inc. can again bid on federal contracts, thanks to a decision by the Air Force to lift a four-week suspension that led to the resignation of founder and Chairman Ali Saadat.
