First look at Target's new Kailua store: Slideshow

Business leaders and community members gathered Monday to take a first look at one of Hawaii’s new Target stores in the Windward Oahu town Kailua, as Target employees were busy stocking shelves with final items in preparation for the store’s opening on Wednesday.

The store covers 130,000 square feet, much smaller than other Target stores, according to store manager Drew Santos, who is also from Kailua.
