GSA still hopes to complete NSF move in 2017 despite union dispute

The General Services Administration hopes to complete the National Science Foundation’s relocation from Ballston to Alexandria by the end of 2017, when the foundation’s current lease expires, but how close the shift will come to that deadline remains an open question.
