Hawaii seeks to address EV charging station challenge at condos

Hawaii is planning to create a working group to address the installation of electric vehicle charging systems at apartments and condominiums aimed at improving infrastructure for EVs in these types of buildings.

Senate Bill 1316 would require homeowner associations to make a decision on EV charger station installation requests within 60 days or a couple of board meetings.
