Hoar breaks ground on first of 2,000 Tysons apartments

Hoar Construction breaks ground this week on LCOR/CALSTRS’ The Commons project in McLean, with work getting underway on the first of several planned buildings that will eventually include more than 2,000 residential units.

The Commons — Building One, at 1620 Anderson Road, will include 319 units. It is the first of seven phases in construction of The Commons.
