Honolulu boutique developer to build nine-unit condo project

Local Honolulu developer Centre City Development LLC has introduced its first residential project, Hauoli Lofts, a $6.5 million, nine-unit condominium in the Moiliili-McCully area of the city.

The project, located at 914 Hauoli St., will break ground sometime in the spring and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2016.

Centre City Development is led by Christian O’Connor, formerly of Kamehameha Schools, and Wei Fang of Interisland Terminal, who met while working on projects in Kakaako.…
