Houston energy companies launch new pipeline plans

Tennessee-based Delek Logistics Partners LP (NYSE: DKL) is teaming up with two Houston-area pipeline companies to build new Texas pipeline projects.

Houston-based Plains All American Pipeline LP (NYSE: PAA) will construct the new $100 million Caddo Pipeline LLC in a 50-50 joint venture with Delek.
