Northwest Mall may have a new owner soon.

The 51.75-acre property — where U.S. Highway 290 meets the 610 Loop — is listed as under contract on HFF’s website. The real estate firm began marketing the property for Houston-based Levcor Inc. in September.

No additional details about the potential deal were available, and HFF was not immediately available to comment.
