Industrial broker Vande Zande rejoins Boerke after working for Centerpoint

Industrial real estate vet Chad Vande Zande is returning to The Boerke Co. in Milwaukee as a partner after previously leaving the firm more than eight years ago to join Centerpoint Properties Trust.

Vande Zande worked with Milwaukee-based Boerke Co. for 15 years, starting in 1992, eventually becoming a partner with a focus on industrial real estate.
