Kauai group files intent to sue eBay founder Omidyar's Hawaii Dairy Farms

Friends of Mahaulepu, a Kauai-based community group, has filed an intent to sue the planned Garden Isle dairy project being developed by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar’s investment firm, alleging violations of the federal Clean Water Act.
