Lakeville shopping center sells for $26.3 million

A Cub Foods-anchored shopping center in Lakeville sold for $26.3 million on Feb. 2.

Inland Real Estate Corp. of Oak Brook, Ill., said it bought Argonne Village from Argonne Investment LLC.

The 113,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at 17640 Kenwood Trail is 100 percent leased and includes Dollar Tree and several small retailers and restaurants, according to an Inland news release.

Leah Maurer of Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq of Bloomington represented Argonne on the sale.
