Los Angeles magnate negotiating to buy LifeWay's downtown campus
LifeWay Christian Resources is negotiating the sale of its campus in Nashville to a real estate magnate from Los Angeles.
According to multiple real estate sources, LifeWay is in talks with C. Frederick Wehba Sr., who founded the real estate company BentleyForbes 22 years ago.
Among other holdings, BentleyForbes once owned Chicago’s high-profile Prudential Plaza office towers. BentleyForbes also once owned the tallest skyscraper in the Southeast: Atlanta’s Bank of America Plaza. The firm also…
