More demolition planned for Millard Fillmore Gates Circle site

As a prelude to the presumed start of this summer’s major demolition of the former Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital, the developers of the prominent Buffalo site are hoping to raze one of the smaller buildings on the property.

Officials from Gates Circle Holdings LLC, an affiliate of TM Montante Development Co., will be meeting with the Buffalo Planning Board on April 21 to discuss a proposal to demolish the now-empty, five-story Kaleida Health Medical Services Building B.
