New concept headed to former O'Malley's Corner

Something’s in the works at the former site of O’Malley’s Corner and Coyote’s, neighboring bars at the corner of Second and Liberty streets in downtown Louisvlile.

But property manager Ward Plauche isn’t willing to say what the plan is just yet. “I am not at liberty to disclose who it is or what it is,” he said.

The 29,000-square-foot property is in the process of being leased, according to this real estate listing. The listing asks for $19,333 to $24,166 in monthly base rent.
