Riviera Golf Club headed back to Dublin P&Z as housing plan makes progress toward approval
Charlie Ruma faced a less-hostile crowd last week for his plans to develop 185 lots on the Riviera Golf Club in Dublin.
But the developer still got plenty of advice on how to make the scaled-down plan for turning the golf course into high-end housing even better.
The Dublin Planning & Zoning Commission’s Thursday evening meeting went for four hours, with perhaps 20 minutes devoted to non-Riviera items, according to a video of the session on the city’s website.
