Road building ready to begin on 28 acres of Lower Hill (Video)

The city kicked off a $36 million project to re-establish a street grid on the 28-acre site of the former Civic Arena in the Lower Hill District today, the first phase of an estimated $61.6 million public investment in a mixed-use project on the site to connect downtown to the Hill District.
