Ruffin Properties renames former Bank of America Center

The Bank of America Center is no more.

Instead, Ruffin Properties, which owns the building at 100 N. Broadway, has renamed the 350,000-sqaure-foot office complex the Ruffin Building.

The name change was formalized with the installation of new signage on the building. Bank of America’s downsizing, which included a bank branch consolidation, prompted Ruffin Properties to change the name of one of downtown Wichita’s most iconic buildings.
