Self-storage development proposed in Xenia

A new self-storage business has been proposed in Xenia.

David Martin, who owns David Martin Construction Co. in Xenia is looking to put the operation at the vacant lot next to the Kinsey Village Apartments on Kinsey Road. The plot of land is about five acres, and Martin said that the project is still in the planning phase.
