SkyHouse Dallas opens luxury Victory Park tower

Victory Park’s newest luxury high-rise apartment tower — SkyHouse Dallas — has opened its doors to residents on Houston Street adjacent to the House of Blues. SkyHouse is expected to be the first of two luxury towers in the neighborhood.

On Thursday, the ownership group plans to host a rooftop cocktail party to officially open the 24-story, 336-unit apartment tower at 2320 N. Houston St.
