State selects company to build $30M nursing home in Miami-Dade

Florida Medical Systems won a four-way contest for state approval to build a nursing home in Miami-Dade County.

After state regulators issued a report in 2014 showing there was demand for a new nursing home because of increased patient demand, four companies submitted applications to the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration in October.
