U.S. Soccer project advances in Wyandotte County

A development agreement relating to the 170-acre soccer village proposed by the U.S. Soccer Federation and Sporting Club is scheduled to be considered Thursday by commissioners with the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kan.
