Tomorrow, Union Square hotel Villa Florence will unveil its new look following the first phase of its $15 million renovation.

The renovation follows the sale of the San Francisco hotel to LaSalle Hotel Properties by Larkspur Hotels in October 2011. A concept for a revamp had been in the works ever since, said general manager Chad Olson, but construction didn’t start until December 2014.
