Woolbright sells Coral Springs shopping center for $27M after redevelopment

After a long saga that saw it resolve a foreclosure lawsuit, Woolbright Development finally sold a Coral Springs shopping center at a premium to its original price.

Woolbright Coral Springs II, an affiliate of the Boca Raton-based developer, sold the property at 560 to 630 Riverside Drive near the Coral Square Mall for $27.4 million to Cascades Venture. The Coral Gables-based buyer, which is managed by Jose Torbay, obtained a 10-year, $17.81 million mortgage from Mercantil Commercebank.
