Waterfront businesses to reopen on time, anticipate the 'strongest summer since 2007'
At least one waterfront construction project is on schedule: The 15 waterfront businesses that closed last fall to make way for the Elliott Bay Seawall replacement are set to reopen on time.
The businesses, which include popular restaurants such as Ivar’s Acres of Clams and Elliott’s Oyster House, will swing open their doors on July 1, just as the sun breaks through.
