Flywheel Networks boosts lease in Sacramento

A residential real estate networking company has signed a lease to more than triple its space in Sacramento.

Flywheel Networks, based in San Francisco, will go from 2,000 to about 9,000 square feet in a building at 9719 Lincoln Village Drive.

Broker Jon Lang of Turton Commercial Real Estate, who worked on behalf of the landlord for the lease, said Flywheel needed room to grow.

Exclusive: Another industrial park coming to southwest Houston

A new industrial park is headed for southwest Houston.

The Levey Group, based in Bellaire, told Houston Business Journal that it plans to develop 5 Corners Business Center, on Beltway 8 between Highway 59 and Highway 288. Initial plans for the site include a total of 546,275 square feet of flex, rear-load and front-load industrial space.

The park will include four Class A tiltwall facilities, and boasts 3,000 feet of frontage on Beltway 8 with five entrances off the beltway.

Colorado investors buy Adam's Rib golf community near Eagle

A group of Colorado investors says it has purchased the Adam’s Rib Ranch golf-community property and Adam’s Mountain Country Club in the Brush Creek Valley near Eagle.

The buyers group is led by Chad Brue, principal of Brue Capital, and includes Dan Bennett of Vail, owner of Southwest Greens of Colorado, according to an announcement Monday of the March 20 sale.
