The owners of the Ballantyne Village retail center and the owner of its parking deck have reached a settlement that will end a long-running dispute over parking at the south Charlotte retail center and pave the way for additional development.

Thousands of square feet worth of retail space that once belonged to bankrupt retain chain Alco Stores Inc. is either up for lease or for sale in several towns inside the Eagle Ford Shale region just south of San Antonio.

After 113 years in business, slumping sales prompted the small town retailer to declare bankruptcy in October and close its 198 stores across the United States, including five stores in Eagle Ford cities Devine, George West, Hebbronville, Cotulla and Yoakum.

Tuscana West space to become Pennsylvania 6, from City Tap House owners

A new upscale restaurant and raw bar from the team behind City Tap House will open in the former Tuscana West space in downtown D.C.
