Presbyterian Healthcare Services opens $10.5M Santa Fe facility

Presbyterian Healthcare Services opened a $10.5 million Medical Group Clinic in Santa Fe Monday.

The 32,000-square-foot facility, located at 454 St. Michael’s Drive, is the latest move in the nonprofit health care organization’s expansion plan. The new clinic comes with about 20 jobs, according to officials, including five physicians, a clinical pharmacist and a mental health professional. Three self-storage sites trade for nearly $30M

A partnership involving Metro Self Storage and LaSalle Investment Management bought three suburban self-storage properties for $29.25 million.

The properties totaled 191,000 square feet and they were 89 percent occupied at the time of sale. PFG Capital, a York, Pa., real estate company, was the seller. Metro Self Storage is based in Lake Forest, Ill.

East Bay mall sold for $51 million

American Realty Advisors has purchased the Dublin Place Shopping Center in Dublin for $51.1 million.

The 283,500-square-foot mall is 97 percent leased, with tenants including Target, Burlington Coat Factory and Toys “R” Us, according to American Realty Advisors. The property includes 6920-7202 Amador Plaza Road, 7590 Amador Valley Boulevard and 7505-7533 Dublin Boulevard.
