Lakeville shopping center sells for $26.3 million

A Cub Foods-anchored shopping center in Lakeville sold for $26.3 million on Feb. 2.

Inland Real Estate Corp. of Oak Brook, Ill., said it bought Argonne Village from Argonne Investment LLC.

The 113,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at 17640 Kenwood Trail is 100 percent leased and includes Dollar Tree and several small retailers and restaurants, according to an Inland news release.

Leah Maurer of Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq of Bloomington represented Argonne on the sale.

Metro grants Emery more time to cement plans for marquee downtown site

Metro government on Monday granted more time to developer Pat Emery as he works to solidify plans to overhaul downtown Nashville’s most prominent piece of real estate: the city’s original convention center.

KBS to pump $6.5 million into Clayton office building overhaul

Officials with KBS, the California-based real estate firm that bought the 19-story office tower at 101 S. Hanley Road in Clayton earlier this year, say they’ll invest more than $6.5 million into rebranding the building as Hanley Corporate Tower.

The rebranding includes a new fitness center, conference center, tenant lounge, renovated building lobby, restroom enhancements and elevator modernization.

KBS bought the building for $62.25 million from Duke Realty.
