One of Columbus’ busiest restaurant companies and one of the region’s growing craft brewers are teaming up for a new Italian Village brewpub.

A&R Creative Group, the family behind the Clintonville’s Crest Gastropub, is teaming up with Marengo-based Hoof Hearted Brewing Co. for Hoof Hearted Brewery & Kitchen, a sustainable brewpub set to open this summer on Wagenbrenner Development Inc.’s Jeffrey Park project at the corner of North Fourth Street and East First Avenue.

Long-awaited Tri-State park gets $3.5M boost for completion

Hamilton leaders are moving forward with a long-envisioned park along the Great Miami River in the city’s German Village neighborhood thanks to a $3.5 million contribution from the Marcum family via the Hamilton Community Foundation.

McLean tops luxury housing market

A million dollars buys a very nice home, even in the Washington market, but in McLean, that’s barely the price of entry.

Real estate firm Redfin says the average price of the top 5 percent of homes that sold in McLean last quarter was over $3.6 million. The average sales price of the other 95 percent in McLean was just over $1 million.

The District comes in second for luxury real estate, with the average sales price of the top 5 percent of $2.4 million, compared to $528,000 for the other 95 percent.
