Former Mexican President Vicente Fox visited San Antonio on Monday, where he said $43 oil prices will not deter energy reforms south of the border.

Fox spoke at a luncheon hosted by the Mexican Business Leader’s Association at the historic Pearl Brewery Stables.

The former president promoted the upcoming CITEK Forum, a manufacturing and energy summit sponsored by his nonprofit organization, Centro Fox.

Portland’s Hopworks Urban Brewery is the 47th Oregon firm to earn Certified B Corporation status for its sustainable business practice.
