Monstanto Hawaii gives additional 22 acres to Honouliuli National Monument

Monsanto Hawaii, which has already donated 123 acres of agricultural land to help preserve the site of the Honouliuli Internment Camp in Kunia in Central Oahu, plans to give an additional 22 acres for the national monument site.

Last month, President Barack Obama signed a proclamation that officially establishes the Honouliuli National Monument under the National Park Service.

Lime Energy goes for growth with $11M purchase

Lime Energy Co. has acquired a California energy-efficiency software developer and programs administrator for $11 million in cash.

The deal to purchase EnerPath of Redlands, Calif., closed March 24. The combined company has more than 300 employees, up from 170 for Huntersville-based Lime before the purchase.
