Acquisition means construction at Carroll Hospital Center

LifeBridge Health’s acquisition of Carroll Hospital Center will usher in new construction projects, renovations of old facilities and new patients services to the Westminster hospital.

As part of the deal announced Friday, LifeBridge plans to invest $250 million in facility and program upgrades at Carroll. A new neonatal care unit and an ambulatory care center, which would house programs for planned surgery and other non emergency services, are among the new construction projects on tap.
