Add LaQuinta to list of Downtown hotels

A long-vacant Downtown building may be resurrected in the form of a new hotel.

The owner of 310 Union and 341 Monroe Avenue, which was previously New York Suit Exchange, has filed a special use permit with the Memphis and Shelby County Office of Planning and Development to build a LaQuinta Inn on the site. If approved, the hotel would have 104 rooms in a four-story building.

New tenant to move HQ into former Exxon space in Greenspoint

Houston-based HealthHelp LLC will relocate its headquarters into 40,000 square feet of space formerly occupied by Exxon Mobil Corp. (NYSE: XOM), Houston-based Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners announced Feb. 9.

HealthHelp, which currently has its headquarters at 654 N. Sam Houston Parkway, will move into two floors at Four Greenspoint Place this spring. Four Greenspoint Place, at 16945 Northchase Drive, is less than 2 miles from HealthHelp’s current location.
