Three companies file bid for CPS Energy's rooftop solar program

Three companies have filed a bid with CPS Energy to install rooftop solar panels on homes and businesses across the municipally owned utility company’s service area.

CPS Energy issued an RFP for the solar power program earlier this year but set a March 6 deadline.

Tomorrow, Union Square hotel Villa Florence will unveil its new look following the first phase of its $15 million renovation.

CoreLogic hones in on Cypress Waters for North Texas relocation

One of North Texas’ corporate residents has landed on Lucy Billingsley’s Cypress Waters development after shopping for new real estate for months.

Irvine, California-based housing research firm CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX), which has a major operation in Westlake, has been searching for real estate and apparently is in lease negotiations with Billingsley for a 350,000-square-foot build-to-suit, according to real estate sources.
