Costly planning snafu delays NLRB's move to Capitol Riverfront

The National Labor Relations Board’s planned move to the Capitol Riverfront has been delayed by at least six months, and potentially longer, because of a costly planning snafu.

Allegacy Federal Credit Union has re-entered Greensboro, opening its newest financial center and bringing its total number of branches to 15.

The Winston-Salem-based credit union last week opened a branch at 3314 Battleground Ave., a 2,500-square-foot facility formerly home to SouthTrust Bank. The credit union bought the Battleground Avenue office for $1.3 million, according to public record.
