Sometimes an agency makes a request for proposals that is overly complicated and not clearly worded. Awards in those cases simply invite a protest.

Nearly 400 employees of McLean-based DynCorp International Inc. will lose their jobs with the defense contractor in March due to the Navy’s decision to transition work long held by DynCorp to another company.

Facebook will more than quadruple its Seattle office space with move to South Lake Union

Sources in the commercial real estate industry say Facebook has agreed to rent all but two of the 10 floors in the soon-to-open Dexter Station building, 1101 Dexter Ave. N.
