Santolina critics say they aren’t anti-development
Paul Lusk says his and others’ concerns about the proposed Santolina master-planned development southwest of Albuquerque should not be characterized as anti-development or anti-business.
“Rather we are very much in support of good development and in the right place,” Lusk said. “Santolina, as proposed, is neither,” the former city-county planner and professor emeritus of Architecture and Planning at the University of New Mexico added.
