Lower Merion advances apartment projects in Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd

The Lower Merion Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of a new Ardmore townhouse project that Main Line Media News says might be the last of its kind in some neighborhoods. It also advanced plans for another apartment complex in Bala Cynwyd.
