Most energy pros don't expect price bounce-back this year

Oil and gas professionals are worried about prices, and they aren’t feeling optimistic that the situation will change anytime soon.

The Dallas Business Journal reports that in a survey conducted by Capital One, 89 percent of oil and gas professionals said they don’t expect commodity prices to bounce back in 2015. Seventy-three percent said those prices are their biggest concern, a major shift from last year, when oil was more than $100 per barrel and regulations were the biggest worry.

Publix confirms plans for two more locations in Charlotte market

Publix Super Markets Inc. has confirmed plans for two new stores in the Charlotte market — one in the Cotswold area and the other in Mooresville.

Florida-based developer Stiles shared some details of the grocer’s plans for that Cotswold store last week. The 49,000-square-foot store at 4425 Randolph Road will be on the east side of the road, between Greenwich and North Sharon Amity roads. The location is across from the Harris Teeter-anchored Cotswold Village shopping center.

District Energy, the the St. Paul nonprofit that heats and cools much of the city’s downtown, will move its headquarters to the Jenne Building after buying the historic property for $1.73 million.
