Zulily's headquarters building trades hands for $170M

If you work at Zulily, you have a new landlord: JP Morgan Chase (NYSE: JPM).

On Friday, the nearly 100-year-old Seattle Trade & Technology Center that houses the headquarters of Zulily (Nasdaq: ZU) was sold for $170 million, according to public records. The sellers, Wright Runstad & Co.. of Seattle and Shorenstein Properties of San Francisco, had bought the hulking, six-story building on Seattle’s waterfront for $107.5 million in 2006.

Porch.com moves to former Zulily space in Sodo, could grow to 600 employees

Porch.com is moving its pack of home improvement developers and team to Sodo, to a building formerly occupied by Seattle online retailer Zulily.

Porch is doubling its office space to 50,000 square feet with the move. The company will begin moving employees in the next couple weeks, and will be fully moved by June.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has sold a parcel in Kapolei in West Oahu near its existing store to the billionaire owners of Panda Express for $5.75 million, according to public records.
