List alert: Commercial real estate brokers surveys are open

The Tampa Bay Business Journal is currently surveying for its List of the largest commercial real estate brokers in the Tampa Bay area. The List is limited to firms that have an office in at least one of the following counties: Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sarasota.

Southern Season to build $6.3M warehouse facility in Mebane

Southern Season, a Chapel Hill-based gourmet food and gift retailer, confirmed that it will move forward this year on a $6.3 million warehouse at the N.C. Industrial Center in Mebane.

The 108,000-square-foot structure will bring 45 jobs and replace an Orange County facility. It has the potential to double in size, company officials said.
