$400M manufacturing contract awarded for Atlantic Coast Pipeline

Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC has chosen a Pennsylvania mill to fabricate more than 540 miles of steel pipe for the West Virginia to Southeastern N.C. natural gas project.

The pipeline — a joint venture of Dominion Resources (NYSE:D), Duke Energy (NYSE:DUK), Piedmont Natural Gas (NYSE:PNY) and AGL Resources (NYSE:GAS) — would pay Dura-Bond Industries of Export, Pa., $400 million under the proposed contract to produce 36-inch and 42-inch pipe for the $5 billion project.

Five more lawyers have joined Gordon & Rees LLP from Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote PC, Manoj Jegasothy, Gordon & Rees Pittsburgh managing partner, confirmed Thursday.
