Waterfront businesses to reopen on time, anticipate the 'strongest summer since 2007'

At least one waterfront construction project is on schedule: The 15 waterfront businesses that closed last fall to make way for the Elliott Bay Seawall replacement are set to reopen on time.

Details of Exxon Mobil's $225M settlement in New Jersey go public

The details of Exxon Mobil Corp’s (NYSE: XOM) unprecedented $225 million settlement with New Jersey were posted April 6 on the state’s website.

Irving, Texas-based Exxon will pay that money to the state in addition to the cost needed to remediate environmental damages from refineries in Bayonne and Linden.

Orlando OKs $4M deal for new road in Lake Nona

The Orlando City Council on April 6 gave the green light to contributing $4 million into building a new entryway to Lake Nona’s planned U.S. Tennis Association complex.

The National Association of Broadcasters announced Monday that it will move its headquarters from Dupont Circle to a new 10-story office building in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood.

A Springboro auto shop is proposing a building expansion to nearly double in size.

The Restoration Station is proposing a 2,400-square-foot addition to its building at 250 Hiawatha Trail. Doing so will allow the shop, which works mainly in Corvette restorations, to add new employees as well, said owner Jeffrey Bernhardt.
