Integral to sell 26-acre Milpitas development portfolio

Integral Communities has opted to sell its 26-acre land assemblage in Milpitas, one of the largest transit-adjacent, residential-development projects in the South Bay, a company executive confirmed Monday.

“We’re putting it on the market because the market’s good,” C. Evan Knapp, a principal with the Newport Beach-based company, told me.

Orbital, ATK complete aerospace merger

Orbital Sciences Corp. (NYSE: ORB) and Alliant Techsystems Inc. (NYSE: ATK) have completed the merger of their aerospace businesses, with ATK spinning off its sporting goods business as a newly formed company called Vista Outdoor Inc.

The merged aerospace business is now called Orbital ATK Inc.

Vista Outdoor will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “VSTO” on Tuesday. Orbital ATK will trade under the symbol “OA.”

Houston-based HealthHelp LLC will relocate its headquarters into 40,000 square feet of space formerly occupied by Irving-based Exxon Mobil Corp. (NYSE: XOM), Houston-based Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners announced Feb. 9.

HealthHelp, which has its headquarters at 654 N. Sam Houston Parkway, will move into two floors at Four Greenspoint Place this spring. Four Greenspoint Place, at 16945 Northchase Drive, is less than 2 miles from HealthHelp’s current location.

Navistar, union agree to new contract

Navistar International Corp. has agreed to a contract with its workers in Springfield.

Navistar, one of Clark County’s largest employers, announced that United Auto Workers Local 402 had ratified a four-year labor agreement by a majority vote, replacing the contract that expired in October.

Miami-Dade resolution asks Beckham to build soccer stadium on former Orange Bowl site

David Beckham could be encouraged by the Miami-Dade County Commission to build a Major League Soccer stadium on the site of the former Orange Bowl.

The retired soccer star exercised his option to start an MLS franchise in 2014 and he’s been seeking a site in Miami, but so far hasn’t found a suitable location. Beckham’s proposals for sites at PortMiami and a boat slip in Bicentennial Park didn’t pass muster with the county’s political leaders.
