Milwaukee property assessments up in 2015, with apartments leading increases
Milwaukee’s property values continue to stabilize this year, with the assessed local property value increasing 1.5 percent in 2015, according to information released Monday by the city assessor’s office.
The office on Friday mailed out 151,431 property re-evaluation notices. The citywide assessed value climbed to $24.47 billion, an increase of $385.7 million over last year.
