CPS Energy is looking for a company that can install solar panels on the roofs of homes and small businesses in and around San Antonio as a way to generate more renewable energy for the municipally owned utility.

Honolulu subcontractor cited for violating federal overtime laws

The U.S. Department of Labor said Monday that M.H. Electric has paid $290,588 in back wages to 65 workers after the federal agency determined that the Honolulu subcontractor violated federal wage and hour laws at 10 federally-funded construction projects awarded in Hawaii by the Hawaii Air National Guard, the Navy, the Army and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs between 2012 and 2014.
